This is an amazing vacation home. The house is on a golf course in the gated exclusive Mountain View Country Club. The house is on a double fairway. The views are breathtaking. Beautiful private saltwater pool and spa and roman tub pool. Upgrades throughout home. Italian marble floors and slate throughout.
This home is immaculate. You will not have to worry about this house being clean, it is spotless.
Master bedroom decorated in a mediterranean theme with King bed, soaking tub and enclosed shower. Double sink vanities.
Guest bedroom decorated in an African theme, with King bed and private bathroom. Third guestroom decorated in a cowboy western theme with 2 full size beds, perfect for the kids or extra guests. This has its own private ensuite bathroom also.
Huge gourmet kitchen, bar area with wine chiller, dining room, billiards room, family room.

2 bedroom, 2 Bath, Fully Furnished, single floor, Turn Key Unit.
This is our second Home away from Home.
Very comfortable, personable, and warm....not a sterile hotel type feel.
Two very nice, quite, large pool/spa areas, with tennis courts also.
Just for general information, Other tenets in the area tend to lean towards the older, adult type.
Close to the Convention Center, Spa casino, and downtown area. Minutes from the airport.
We are only looking to rent this out for the months of January, February, and March, 2009.
We used to have a couple from Canada rent this out every year at this time, however due to health issues they will not be with us this year. Thus, we are offering our unit for lease/rent once again.
Sorry....No Pets of any kind, and no smoking either.

Lovely 4 Bedroom Alexander home located about 10 mins. away from the main strip in down town Palm Springs....The main house has large bedrooms, 1 with king size beds, and one with 2 california king beds, all bedrooms have TV/DVD players...The master has a ensuite, King bed and again TV/DVD player....There is full equipped Kitchen that can service 10- 12 people...The kitchen, Dining room, and Living area are in an open floor plan....There is a big Screen TV/DVD and small stereo systems in the living area...The house is set up wireless for internet and includes free calls to Canada and all over the USA. The living area opens to a large covered Patio Area with table/chairs/BBQ and a wall mount TV/DVD player...The back yard has 10ft. fences with Flowers/Shrubs and Tree's through-out, i the pool is quite large and is 9 feet deep in the middle, it is very Private.....The washer and dryer are located between the house and the casita. The Casita is attached to the house but totally separate….it has a king size bed and sitting area with a Big Screen TV/DVD player...The casita looks out on the pool/backyard area....
The $150.00 rate is quoted for fall months and does not included holidays…Holiday rate of $250.00 per night…..No Taxes…....There is a one time cleaning fee of $200.00... No taxes...The house is available for a minimum 2 nights stay and unlimited maximum stay, all based on availability…..$200.00 refundable security deposit is required….
