Our wonderful desert home is waiting to welcome you into the arms of rest and relaxation. The home is a single family residential property in a quiet neighborhood. It is in the wind-free south end of Palm Desert. From the home, you can walk to El Paseo (the Rodeo Dr. of the desert,) The Gardens and The Westfield Malls. Unique restaurants, markets, theaters and churches are within walking distance. Trailheads for hiking the Santa Rosas and lighted community tennis courts are within 1-2 blocks of the home. Golf courses, The Living Desert, College of the Desert (great area swap meet,) The Rivers Shopping Center and area casinos are all within a short distance of the home. Everything is right at your fingertips.

The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; it is attractively decorated and immaculately maintained. The large kitchen is a chef's delight and is fully equipped. The living room has a gel fireplace for that touch of atmosphere on those cool winter desert evenings. Sept-Dec., Apr-June range $550.-$650 weekly-1 week min. ($2200. monthly)
Jan-Mar. $725. weekly- 2 week min. ($2600. monthly, $2300. for 2 or more months)
Rates quoted are for max. 4 people. $10. per night per person for addl. guests
Security Deposit: $750. (fully refundable within 14 days with no damage)
Cleaning Fee: $150. ($50. refundable as per contract)
