Prime (Dec 15-May 31) .. from $275/night .. $1600/week .. $4500/month

Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, Easter)
2 day minimum. Longer minimum may apply over holidays.
Other charges include a standard non-refundable cleaning fee, applicable city tax,
refundable security deposit and possible pool heating charges
