We are CLOSER (than Palm Springs) to all the must-see attractions, including:

- Paribas Open Tennis Tournament in Indian Wells in March (5 min)

- El Paseo (famous upscale shopping) (10 min)

Our detached house sleeps 7-8 people so this can work for two small families (2 bathrooms).
- We are right on the golf course (golf is very reasonably priced).
- We have a private pool/spa just steps from our living room.
- Views of golf course and beautiful mountains; open views but privacy from the neighbors.
- You'll have access to our gated community pool area with 2 pools, spas, courts, playground.
- Licensed clubhouse just 1/2 block walk down the street.

We are Candian owners; snowbirds are most welcome!
Rates for all this are JUST $1,000 week; rate is $150/night (up to 3 people); $25/per extra person. Cleaning fee is $100; damage deposit $200. More photos available. Monthly rentals also available $2200 low season May thru August; high season $2800 September thru April.
