Stay at our one bedroom Condo for less than you would expect to pay for a single room at a hotel chain
This condominium is a 625 square foot single story unit with dramatic views of Mt. San Jacinto, living room, separate bedroom (king bed plus a pull out sofa in living room), full bath, fully furnished kitchen with new sink and granite counter top, private patio, one of the largest swimming pools in Palm Springs, two jacuzzis, air conditioning, two TVs?each with cable and DVD players, coffee maker, washer and dryer facilities on premises and convenient parking next to unit. Property facilities have a BBQ area, fitness center, shuffleboard, pool tables and game tables. Four restaurants are within walking distance, market and drug store close by, two miles from the center of downtown Palm Springs and three miles from Palm Springs International Airport. Non-smoking, no pets.
Availability: May 8, 2010 through February 12, 2011 (7 night minimum)
