Beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villas at Legacy Villas, La Quinta, next to the historic Waldorf-Astoria La Quinta Resort & Spa. Each villa can be rented separately or together to accommodate a total of 12 people - one upper villa and one lower villa. Both villas are attractively furnished in muted desert tones with kitchen, living area, dining area, with linens and service for 6. Both villas have spacious balconies/patios for dining al fresco to the sound of cascading water from a custom fountain and watching the sun dip behind the Santa Rosa Mountains. Swim in one of the many salt water pools scattered throughout Legacy Villas, or swim at the Club House at either the beach style walk-in pool, other family pool or the adult lap pool. Food and drinks can be ordered poolside from the Legacy Grille Restaurant open at the week-ends. Work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center, BBQ, laze the day away in a hammock, and enjoy the cool desert night by one of the open fireplaces.

A short walk or golf cart ride to the famous La Quinta Resort for fine dining, world class golf and tennis, or spa treatments. Just minutes from Old Town La Quinta's quaint shopping and dining area. Five minutes to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Fifteen minutes to the 'Living Desert Zoo & Gardens', and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs for lots of action.

A minimum of 2 nights rental required, plus 10% city of La Quinta tax, $150 cleaning fee, and a $500 refundable security deposit, normally refunded within 14 days of departure subject to no damages or claims. Three night minimum on holiday weeks.
