A beautiful hand built timberframe house, with straw bale and plaster (adobe)walls 2ft thick make for a beautiful and completely unique atmosphere.Hand made rustic furniture,3 full size beds,and 1 single( plus additional arrangments for sleeping can be easily accommodated). There are 2 baths,and a large modern kitchen. a soapstone stove with glass door makes for romantic evenings.(firewood is supplied free). Our home is right up the street so we're available should you need anything. we are located 30 miles north of lake George, and 7 miles from the Hudson river white water rafting, canoeing, and fishing ,so come on up, you'll feel more relaxed already!
