Movie Star Neighborhood Newly Remodel House:

Surround yourself with the Hollywood History that this famous neighborhood is known for. This wonderful remodeled house (just completed Dec. 2008) is on the same street as homes where Heddi Lamarr and Bob Hope lived. It is a couple of blocks from homes owned by Lucille Ball, Frank Sinatra, and Bing Crosby among others.

This professionally decorated home consists of a living room area with a 37 inch flat screen TV and a beautiful stone and wood mantel gas fireplace, a dining room area with a beautiful china cabinet and table, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances.

The home has two master bedrooms, three guest bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a laundry room. One of the master bedrooms has a king size bedroom set with a new luxury mattress, private bathroom with granite countertops and tub, and is on a separate side of the house from the other bedrooms. The other master bedroom has a queen size bed with a new luxury mattress, private bathroom with granite countertops and shower, and French doors that open onto a private patio and yard with spectacular views of San Jacinto mountains. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a queen and a full size bedroom sets with new luxury mattresses. All the bedrooms listed above have television sets in their rooms with cable service. Bedroom number 5 has two twin beds with new luxury mattresses. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer and is off the kitchen. All floors have new tile, with area rugs. The window treatments throughout are new stain wood blinds. All baths have plush towels. Beach towels are provided too.

French doors in the dining room open to a nice courtyard with a fireplace and an outdoor dining area with seating for eight.

The spacious landscaped yard has a salt water heated pool and in-ground spa with wonderful views of the San Jacinto mountains. There are pool toys and comfortable pool floats.

The walled backyard has a grapefruit, tangerine, and orange trees for healthy snacks and juice drinks.

The driveway can park several cars..
