The drive is beautifully lined with majestic palm trees continuously lit by sparkling lights. Thursday nights Palm Canyon Drive is closed to through traffic for a street fair. Enjoy the sun, sand, palm trees, and relaxation of Palm Springs. Just read a book by the swimming pool, or enjoy exercise while playing tennis, or taking a bike ride to down town Palm Springs.
Just outside of downtown is the Palm Springs Tram which enables people to ascend 8,000 feet in the world’s largest rotating tramcars.
