Woodstone Palms – a luxurious, modern, private estate on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Movie Colony – promises guests the ultimate in comfort and enjoyment. Inspired in design by a Frank Lloyd Wright home, Woodstone Palms is equally stunning, inside and out. The resort home’s floor plan features a central living room, dining room, den/media room, and kitchen, plus two separate bedroom wings. Each wing has a large and luxurious master suite, elegantly furnished, including California King beds and fine linens. The two master bathrooms are large and luxurious, and one includes a steam room as part of the oversized shower. The other two bedrooms are large and smartly furnished,one with a California King bed and the other with two double/full beds.
This spectacular home’s living room has a beautiful stone fireplace, is decorated with many touches of sophistication, and opens onto the expansive pool area through a full-wall pocket door so guests can enjoy the ultimate indoor-outdoor experience, including an unobstructed view of the San Jacinto Mountains.
The pool is one of the most beautiful in Palm Springs, fully tiled in a classic design and situated with a spill-over spa. The expansive pool area is completely private – equipped with furniture for lounging and dining – and, for comfort on warm days, is equipped with a misting system.
This home has a large, modern, gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, including a professional range by Viking. The den/media room features many audio and video options, including large television (cable), stereo sound – with individually-controlled pairs of speakers for the pool area, living room, dining room, and/or kitchen – VCR player, CD player, DVD player, and wireless high-speed Internet access.

There is a 3-night minimum for stays at Woodstone Palms.
June 1 to October 31: $375/night; $1,950/week; $5,000/month
November 1 to May 31: $495/night; $2,750/week; $6,800/month
A premimum on seasonal rates will be charged for holidays and special local events.
Other fees include:
- non-refundable cleaning fee of $300
- refundable security/key deposit of $1,250
- incidental fees and City of Palm Springs occupancy tax
