I ask for a $450 damage / security deposit that will be refunded to you at the end of your stay and a $65 cleaning fee. I cover everything except the electric bill. A typical bill during the fall is less than $50. There are no other additional charges or taxes.
The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including fully equipped kitchen with utensils and cook ware, plenty of extra linens bedding towels etc. The unit has high speed wireless Internet, phone, 2 TV's a DVD player and a stereo system.
This is a floor level unit. It is close to one of the smaller less used pools in the complex.
The complex is quiet. Most condo owners live off site. It has three tennis courts, four pools, two Jacuzzis, private gym and is in a Gated Community. The unit comes with an assigned covered parking space. There are 5 laundry facilities on site with brand new washer/dryer machines.
The complex is located in South Palm Springs about a half mile from down town.
