Our 2 distinctive, individual and uniquely designed 1 bedroom, 1 bath condos (600sq ft, 55 sq meters), located in palm springs are available for seasonal rental, minimum one full month rental. Condos are tastefully furnished with amenities for your stay away from home.
Condos are located in the Palm Springs Villas 1 & 2 condo complexes in Palm Springs, amenities include nicely landscape common areas, multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, putting greens and tennis courts. Low season (Sept. and Oct.), Our Villa Court Condo rents for $850 per month, high season (Nov. - Apr) the condo rents for $1075. Low season (Sept. and Oct.), Our Los Felices Condo rents for $925 per month, high season, (Nov. - Apr) the condo rents for $1250. All utilities are inclusive. Additional discounts for longer term stays.
Condo are each tastefully decorated and come with everything you would need (unlimited phone, HDTV, HDTV service, DVD player, wireless internet and wii entertainment system) for your extended stay. Just bring your laptop.
