Seasonal rental for you snowbirds wanting to escape the cold and open to others and other times too! Oct -Apr: $1,800 per month and May -Sept: $1,400 per month. A three (3) month minimum is preferred. $100.00 cleaning fee - non-refundable. 1st month and cleaning fee required to reserve reservation.
