Beautiful 4 bedroom Alexander Home located a short 10 minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs....The main house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 with king beds and one with 2 california king beds, all bedroom have TV/DVD players....The open space main living area contains a big screen TV/DVD player, stereo ect. The kitchen is full stocked to prepare meals for up to 12 guests....There are 2 full baths, a nice dining area and wrap around couches in the leaving area...The back sliding doors open up to lovely covered Lani with Patio table and chairs, Wall mount TV/DVD player, large gas BBQ....continue on the large patio area surrounded with plants, tree's, flowers and a fully enclosing 10FT. privacy fence. The pool is a very good size and 10Ft deep in the middle....The washer and dryers are located in between the main house and the Casita...The casita boasts a king size bed, dressers, ect and a nice lounge area with couches, chairs and a Big Screen TV/DVD..the Casita is completely private from the main house but only about 10 feet away....The house was renovated about 3 years ago but maintains that Palm Springs charm....
Daily rate of $175.00 per night September through May with a 2 night minimum
