Single gay male in Palm Springs is offering a place to call home during the high season - Dec/Jan/Feb and possibly longer. You would be sharing the home with me, the owner; however, I would only be around on the weekends and one or two evenings during the week. I also have a home in Los Angeles. The home is a new 3bd 2ba single story home with pool/spa/waterfall and gas fire pit for those cooler evenings. The home is situation with incredible views of the Mt. San Jacinto and the tram. You would have your own bedroom, semi-private bathroom (used by an occasional guest). I am asking $1150 per month including utilities for a minimum lease of 60 days and with option of 90 (longer may be negotiable). Credit and background check required. This is ideal for a responsible and mature minded gay or gay friendly guy or gal who would like a quiet, comfortable place to stay in Palm Springs this winter. I am only looking for someone who is very clean and tidy/neat, and picks up after himself. Absolutely no frequent overnight guests or parties and no drugs of any kind allowed on the property.
