Description
The house is located in Central Palm Springs on a quite
street, E. Andreas Road, close to Sunset Way in
the desirable Sunrise park area. And it is only
a three minute drive from historic
downtown Palm Springs!!!! Walking distance to supermarkets and other
stores.
Step into the ultimate Palm
Springs mid-century space age home! Perfect for relaxing
and entertaining with tasteful exotic, atomic, and tiki
decor. The outdoor fire pit and luau style torches surrounding the intimate private pool and spa transform the
back yard into a personal resort.

The inside has just as many treasures. The living
room has a large and comfortable seating area
surrounding a beautiful “green glass” gas fireplace with
an open and modern kitchen. There are two master suites,
each with en-suite bathrooms. The grand master en-suite
has a king size bed and a very luxurious and modernized
bathroom with "cheek to cheek" dual showers. The junior
master bedroom features a queen bed and has a private
bathroom with a tub and shower.

Two additional bedrooms, one housing a queen and the
other a king bed which can be converted into two twin
beds, share the third bathroom with walk-in shower and a
beautiful floor to ceiling mosaic tile wall. For
after-pool-fun convenience this bathroom also has a
separate door going out to the pool area. Three of the
four bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with satellite.
