This Sandpiper home is large, open and spacious (2,800 sq.) There are three large bedrooms, with large walk-in closets. All the bedrooms have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto outside furnished patios (there is an outside patio and an inside courtyard). One of the two master bedrooms has a California King bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds, a slay bed and a poster bed. There are three large bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has a cooking island and there is a wet- bar in the dinning room. The living room is beautifully furnished and has a large marble fireplace and a piano. The living room and the dinning room also have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that open onto a furnished patio and BBQ area, providing true indoor-outdoor living. The home is surrounded by a lush green belt with heated pool, fruit trees and mountain views. There are four TVs, as well as CD, DVD, high-speed, wireless Internet service and a full size washer and dryer.

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood yet it is just walking distance from El Paseo "The Rodeo Drive of the Desert" with restaurants, art galleries, movie theaters, shopping, and nightlife very close by.

There is a one time cleaning fee of $120. There are no other charges.
