Our rate is per night, longer stays are less. 2 nite min, holidays more. Rate for one month is 1800. This is a fully equiped condo-- sleeps 5 , even has high speed internet, and heated pool is just a few steps away away. the phone service is free with unlimited calls all over the US and Canada. This condo is rented Feb 1 thru March 15.There is a cleaning fee and security deposit depending on number and if pets are brought. There are 9 heated pools, one just steps away and free tennis.
