Spend the winter at this Palm Springs Alexander ranch home with gorgeous desert landscaping, fig and grapefruit trees, amazing mountain views, completely private backyard, pool with tanning shelf, and brand-new spa. You simply won't find a more beautiful backyard to enjoy sunny days (on the hammock or comfy lounge chairs by the pool) and starry nights anywhere in Palm Springs.
French doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, pool, and spa. The kitchen is chock full of all appliances and cooking supplies, ready for plenty of cooking for dinners under the stars. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds (with shared full bath) while the master bedroom has a king bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included. Home also includes light weights, yoga mat, and medicine ball which can be used for a backyard workout.

This house is located in mid-century neighborhood Raquet Club Estates and is nearly 1,500 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's significantly larger than most of the other three-bedroom mid-century homes in the neighorbood (most of those are "Butterfly" Alexanders and are just over 1,200 square feet). This home has a wide open living area and spread-out bedrooms, perfect for a few couples.


Rates are as follows:
JANUARY, FEBRUARY, and MARCH monthly rates: $2895 (includes all utilities, linens, alarm system, DirecTV, wireless Internet, local phone, gardener and pool service, and in-house laundry )
Christmas week: $299/nt. with 4-night minimum or $1750 for full week.

Fully refundable security deposit is required.
Very flexible with check-in and check-out times.
Pets will be considered based on size for an additional fee.
