Planning an extended stay in Palm Springs in 2010? Why not stay in a condo rather than a hotel, you can save $$'s. Our 1br/1ba condos (600sq ft, 55 sq meters), located in palm springs are available for a minimum of one full month rental.
The condos are located in the Palm Springs Villas 1 & 2 complexes in Palm Springs, amenities include beautifully landscaped common areas, multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, putting greens and tennis courts.
The units come with everything you would need, unlimited phone calling plan US/Canada, HDTV, HDTV service, DVR, DVD player and wireless internet for your extended stay. Also included are all kitchen utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, etc.
The Los Felices Circle Condo rents for $1150 per month and is available beginning March 2010. $1150 comes up to only $38 per day.
The Villa Court Condo rents for $1075 per month and is available beginning April 2010. $1075 comes up to only $36 per day.
