Can not use my vacation home this winter. Fully furnished 1 bedroom sleeps 2-4 upstairs overlooking pool. Available all of 2010 (Except February 1-28 has been rented to a nice Canadian couple) Complex is accross from Palm Springs Tramway and within 5 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Queen size bed and sleeper sofa in living room. All linens and bedding provided. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, silverware, coffee pot. xbox and some games ect. Small balcony patio with bar overlooking the pool and spa. Tennis court and puting green. Covered parking and 24 hr security. Cable TV 46 inch. with wi fi internet access. Phone. Let me know what you need to make your vacation more enjoyable and I will try to accomodate. Fully functional Kitchen. You will not be dissapointed. Small damage (150.00) which will be refunded promptly when keys and gate card returned. Price $250.00 week $900 month. That about 30.00 a day so real steal.
