This Sandpiper home is large, open and spacious (2,800 sq.) There are three large master bedrooms with walk-in closets.
All the bedrooms have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto outside furnished patios (there are two patios, an outside patio facing the pool area and a courtyard patio). One of the two master bedrooms has a California King bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds, a slay bed and a poster bed. There are three large bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a cooking island and two ovens. The dinning table can sit eight guests and there is a wet bar in the dinning room.
The living room is beautifully furnished and has a large marble fireplace and a piano. The living room and the dinning room also have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that open onto a furnished patio with BBQ, providing true indoor-outdoor living. The home is surrounded by lush green belt with heated pool, fruit trees and mountain views.
There are four TVs, as well as CD, DVD, high-speed wireless Internet service and a full size washer and dryer. All phone calls to anywhere in the US or Canada are free.
This home is in a very quiet neighborhood yet it is just walking distance from El Paseo "The Rodeo Drive of the Desert" with restaurants, art galleries, movie theaters, shopping, and nightlife all very close by.
May-September -$975 week, $2,800/month
October- April - $1,500/week, $4,200 month

There is a one time cleaning fee of $120. There are no other charges.
