It is the largest (1650 square feet) two bedroom, two bath condo in Sunrise Country Club. It is fully furnished, professionally decorated, completely equipped and devoted to your comfort. The family room has a built-in entertainment center equipped with a television, radio, and a video/cd/dvd player all with stereo speakers in the family and living rooms. Sunrise Country Club is ideally located in the prestigious area of Rancho Mirage twenty minutes from Palm Springs and the Palm Springs airport. It is convenient to all amenities and away from the windy area along highway 10. There are many excellent restaurants nearby including the popular ?River? complex which consists of superb restaurants, boutique shops, and a multiplex cinema. If shopping is your pleasure, the upscale ?El Paseo? shopping district and the large indoor ?Westfield Mall? are both within a ten minute drive. The College of the Desert is well known not only for the college, but also for its large parking lot that has open air stalls and a marketplace of wares of all kinds on weekends. On Thursday evenings one can stroll along the main street of Palm Springs for the open air entertainment and wares. The beautiful and exciting Agua Caliente casino and the McCallum Theater with live big name stars and productions are also within a ten minute drive.
