country club community, located at the base of the Santa Rosa mountains
in beautiful La Quinta, just 30 minutes from Palm Springs, California.
PGA WEST is a recreational/resort development consisting of more than
2,200 acres featuring world-class golf and amenities. PGA WEST
currently hosts guests and non-members on three incredible golf courses
designed by the renowned golf legends of Greg Norman, Jack Nicklaus and
Tom Weiskoff. Guests also have access to enjoy two expansive clubhouses
and restaurants.


This 3 bedroom 3 bath luxury golf villa is located in the
prestigious guard gated community of PGA West. Located on the 7th hole
of the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course with dramatic views, pool,
Jacuzzi and private golf cart. This unit is a unique townhouse design
where the entry is on the first level but the entire living area is
