Beautiful location with the Santa Rosa Mountains all around and yet close to the stores and local entertainment and of course golfing! This spacious 1850 square foot house has 3 nice bedrooms, all with walk in closets, 2 bathrooms with a separate walk in shower in the master, laundry room, large living room, open kitchen and breakfast bar and dining room with French doors leading to the pool. The house can sleep 6-8 people comfortably with extra air mattresses and sofa bed. The rates vary with the season and some can be negotiated. Cleaning fees and deposits are additional.
