This seasonal rate is extremely favorable considering the quality of townhome and resort community.
This single level townhome is approx 1800sq ft and has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a 2 car garage, and a private patio with views. The home is loaded with all new interior furnishings and an upgraded kitchen. It has a large master bedroom with Cal King Bed, a private fireplace, and a very large master bath with jaccuzzi tub and separate shower. Its junior suite has a queen bed with its own attached bath. The third room has two twin beds, and its own detached bath, shower in tub. The home has flat screen TV's, a the private patio with seating for 6 to 8, and a gas BBQ.
Most seasonal rates in this resort are $350 to $450 per night.
We are independent owners and do not have to pay for a property manager so our fees are typically lots less.
**Rates Nov1st to May 15th: $200 per night for 3 night minimum, $250 for 2 night min.
Starting May 16th ** rates drop $125 per night for 3 night min, $150 per night for 2 night min.
