This is a timeshare and the week is already reserved with the resort, but the actual villa is not. We will have a written confirmation sent to you -- no payment until you are satisfied that everything is in order with the reservation. Once you receive a written confirmation, you are free to work with the resort to request whatever location and view you would like. Some villas are closer to the hotel complex and tennis facility, while others are more secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. All have views of the golf course. You will be required to show an ID and have a credit card at registration for security reasons and to pay for any incidentals charged to your villa. The reservation will be transferred into your name and you will be responsible for the proper care of the villa while staying in it. You must be of legally-responsible, contractual age to rent this villa (21 years or older) or you will not be allowed to use the villa.
