Sunrise park area. And it is only a three minute drive
from historic downtown Palm Springs!!!! Walking distance to supermarkets and
other stores. Less than 2 miles from the
Palm Springs Convention Center. The Palm
Springs tram, wildlife park, water park, casino and many,
many other activities are just minutes
away, but everything disappears completely once you enter the
estate.
This Mid Century home
has kept the integrity of the past while encompassing
the comforts of today. The furniture and the art all
reflect both comfort and architectural significance with
several pieces by Eames and Nelson. The living room has
angled 10? ceilings with all glass windows and doors
opening up towards the pool. A comfortable seating area
is placed around a gas fire place and a large flatscreen
TV. The kitchen is truly a chef?s dream. With Viking,

utensils you will need for a quite family dinner or a
holiday feast. The master bedroom has a King bed and its

has full size tub combined with shower. The second
bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen and its own
private patio with chaises. Bedroom three has full size
bed. All are done with the standards of a four star
hotel.
In a large back yard you
will find an oversized family spa with a waterfall
overflowing into a beautiful private pool. Great for
relaxing in the sun or for taking a midnight skinny dip.
There is also plenty of room for an outdoor dinner or
BBQ. or just sit back and enjoy the breath-taking views
of the San Jacinto Mountains.. The entire back yard is
walled and gated with colorful desert landscaping, fruit
tress and plenty of grass for the
pooch.
