Palm Desert Resort & Country Club is a gated community located centrally in Palm Desert. Condo has two master suites with private baths. Covered extended patio (10 by 40 ft) has access from great room and each master suite. West facing patio is located on 13th fairway near the green and has excellent views of San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranges and spectacular sunsets.
New travertine tile in kitchen and baths and new carpet in great room and bedrooms. TV's in each bedroom and great room. Nicely furnished with desert accents and king beds in each bedroom.
There are 20 community pools and spas located in the Resorter. The golf course was designed by Ted Robinson and is a mature 18 hole course featuring four sets of tees.
