This is a two bedroom, oneand one-half bath condo that includes all utilities and cable and high speed internet. It is a townhouse with front door up one flight of stairs.. Our 100 rate is based on an occupancy of a min of 4 days.. This is located in a complex 4 blocks from downtown Palm Springs. An easy 10 min walk to Casino, resturants, shops and theater.
I have photos It has a large private deck that is 14x14 with patio furniture and lounges. Heated pool and jacuzzi are just steps away. It is now rented the months of Feb, March and April.
