Originally I had another apt. booked with another host thru airbnb and the day before we were to go that apt flooded and we couldn't stay there. Daniel was there all the way, he was the first to respond when I was looking for a new place, answered all of my questions promptly and while it took me from about 8 am to 8pm to decide on a place and get things settled thru airbnb he was right there keeping in touch the whole time. Our flight was supposed to get in at noon and was delayed until midnight but again he was available all day for me to update him and still got me the keys to the apartment that late at night. What great service! When we were finally settled we realized we needed trash bags and an iron and he brought those over first thing the next day. Needless to say my trip started out a little stressful but Daniel made it all more bearable.The apartment itself was very secure with 3 locking doors before you the 3 flights of stairs are really like 2. 1 long and 2 very short. beds were comfy with lots of pillows and newer comforters. the bathroom was big enough for 2 people to get ready in with plenty of extra towels. This apartment had everything we needed and best of all no bugs!!Location just steps from the subway 2bloocks from times square and 1/2 block from Rockefeller plaza Chanel 4 bar downstairs is quiet and has good food, Lennys for breakfast is reasonably priced with good coffee and Duane Read down to the right has a pharmacy and basic household items you might have forgot to pack and basic grocery'sThanks Daniel I'll be back :)"LocationPeter Cooper Village neighborhood.0.9mi to Empire State Building, 1.1mi to Madison Square Garden (MSG), and 1.1mi to Grand Central Station.Other nearby points.
