Summer is almost gone and the best time of the year to visit Palm Springs is almost upon us. September and October offers some of the very best weather Palm Springs sees... and it quickly becomes obvious why so many love the desert. I have a privately owned and managed single level home (not a condo) with numerous amenities. Think of it quite simply... Pack just your clothes and toothbrush. It will be like you never left home - except you will have your own private spa and pool, firepit and all the amenities of home you enjoy and want when you're on vacation. While the weather is perfect, it is some of the slower times of the year for travel. So to entice you, I am offering a discount on my regular rates - from 10% to 20% off for all stays 2-7 days and longer on ANY open dates in the next two months. House has 3br and 2ba and comfortably sleeps 6.

House rules
1. Pricing displayed on the websites (links below) based on a maximum of 6 adults
2. This is a NON-SMOKING property
3. Pets not allowed (general rule - have been known to bend them)
4. Rentals to ages 25 and over

Sleeping arrangements...
Master Bedroom - 1 King size bed with en-suite bath (cable TV w/built in DVD player)
Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen bed (cable TV w/built in DVD player)
Bedroom #3 - 1 twin, 1 full/double (bunk beds - desktop computer with high speed internet)

Prices - (discount NOT figured in the price)
Sunday through Thursday nights - $225 a night
Friday and Saturday nights - $250 a night
Weekly rates - $1200 - $1250 a week

Cleaning fees - $150

Pool heating - $30/day - $180/week when necessary

REMINDER - Any available two-day plus stay offered discount off regular rate September/October (Labor Day weekend excluded)
