Our condo is located in Palm Desert in the prestigous Ironwood



Country Club that is set up against the mountains overlooking the



Coachella Valley floor. Palm Desert is 20 minutes East of downtown



Palm Springs. This unit is close to all shops and restaurants on



famous El Paseo Drive. The Living Desert is within walking distance -



this is a great outing especially for kids! There are over 100 local



golf courses that are open to public play and tons of fabulous



restaurants and bars.







Vacation Rental Amenities



This unit is two stories. The bottom floor is the kitchen,



living/dining room, one bedroom with one bathroom and separate



laundry room. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.



Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and walk



in closet. All beds are queen size and there is also a TV and phone



in each room. The living room has a new large flat monitor TV, a VCR-



DVD player, stereo and CD player with Bose speakers. There are four



patios total, three of which are planted with seasonal flowers. The



first patio outside the kitchen is ideal for outdoor dining and the



fountain adds a wonderful touch! The second patio overlooking the



pool has a patio set for six and a new large gas bar-b-que. The



third patio outside the downstairs bedroom is a wonderful quite



retreat with a bistro table and two chairs, just the place to get



away and read a book or just relax. The fourth patio is outside the



first bedroom upstairs. This has incredible views of the mountains



and the sunsets are breathtaking!!

Desert, theatres, College of the Desert street fair, art galleries,



spas, water park and much more!
