This is the first time this lovely home has been offered for vacation rental and is a new listing so all dates are available at this time. It is a lovely large (about 3500 sq. ft.) upscale custom home with very upscale designer furniture--Not Your Normal Vacation Home. It has a pool spa, large garden with many fruit trees, large livingroom, large kitchen, and a lovely familyroom. The floor plan is very open and has the Great Room Feeling with the newely remodeled large kitchen with upscale stainless steel appliances in the center of all the action. There are three unsuite bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home has been remodeled recently with travertine bathrooms and flooring. The neighborhood is great and very central to everything. and considered to be one of the best locations in the Desert. You will be right in the center of everything. You can see more pictures and information at Homeaway.com 266562. We also have another home on VRBO.com 191968 that you can check out. That home has been rented for this Christmas, but is available for New Years and some weeks in the Season. These two sites will let you see how nice our homes are and you can get an idea of how well we keep them up. The South Palm Desert home is larger and even more upscale than our rental home. The rental price on this home has been set at an extremely good rate for the size, location and super quality of this home for small groups of 2 to 6 people. You can barely rent a Plain Jane Condo for these rates. Call 925-998-9225 or 925-998-7293 if you are serious.
