RENTAL RATES Rental rate: $ 90 per night

A security deposit of 10 percent of the total amount is expected within 24 hrs of reserving the apartment, via PayPal.

The security deposit ensures that both parties are serious about the agreement. Needless to say, the deposit will be deducted from the total amount due and is fully refundable should you wish to cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date.
