Beautiful two bedroom/two bath (1 king, 1 queen, plus pullout sofa)
downstairs villa located in the Legacy Villas. Legacy Villas is next
door to, and affiliated with, the La Quinta Resort and Spa.
The Legacy Villas development has two large community pools and
several smaller pools located throughout the development. The Legacy
Villas community resides in the foothills of the Santa Rosa
mountains and the villa has beautiful mountain views. The house is
right across the street from one of the private pools. The
development is in a 24-hour guard-gated community and has a full
gym. Note that we intentionally keep this unit as a low-traffic
rental. We are selective with who we rent to and thus the villa is
in excellent condition.
This 2 bedroom approximately 1,300 sq. ft. unit has 2 bathrooms,
living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, complete kitchen, washer
and dryer, 2 patios with truly peaceful settings, 3 televisions with
cable (including HBO), and DVD players. Living room has an iPod-
compatable audio system. Free secure Wi-fi high speed internet access.
Legacy Villas is located in La Quinta, 19 miles east of Palm Springs
Airport; Golf, Tennis, Nature and Mountain Trails, Shopping,
Restaurants and Entertainment.
$200 per night, 3 night minimum. $100 cleaning fee. Fully
refundable security deposit required. Cleaning fee waived for stays of 7 days or more.
No smoking rental and no pets are allowed.
