Our rates are as follows:
Weekly Rental: $650.00 (6 nights/7 days, Max. 4 people), $725 on Holiday weeks (June, July '08, April-June '10)
Daily rental (Min. 3 nights): $150.00 (per night), 4 night min. on Holiday weekends. (June, July, Sept. only)
Fall/Winter Rentals: $725.00 weekly (2 week minimum), $2600. per month, $2400. monthly for 2 or more months
There is a $10. per night/per person charge for over 4 tenants
Security: $750.00 (Refundable within 10 days with no damage)
Cleaning Fee: $150.00 ($50 refundable with basic clean up as per contract)
