The Villas I complex is in an incredibly quiet and safe location, directly across from the Palm Springs Tramway, and ours is a top floor unit. With our resort atmosphere you can not go wrong.
There are five heated pool and spa areas with beautiful lounge chair seating. This unit has been completely remodeled with new dry wall, carpet, tile and new kitchen, bath, window treatments.
Decorated by an LA interior designer with superb tastes and eye for details like high thread count sheets and top quality towels and linens. Everything is new.

Our rate includes: unlimited US phone calls, cable TV, High Speed Internet (Cable Modem), Electricity, water, gas, and taxes.
HOW TO PAY: Since you are renting a private home, and not a hotel, the full amount is due at the time of reservation. This assures that we can maximize our investment in the property. You can pay by certified check, PayPal, Money Order or wire transfer.
ACCESS: Once you confirm your reservation we will send the access code for entry and a reservation confirmation.
