Our 2 distinctive, individual and uniquely designed 1 bedroom, 1 bath condos (600sq ft, 55 sq meters), located in palm springs are available for seasonal rental, minimum one full month rental. Condos are tastefully furnished with contemporary amenities for your stay away from home. Palm Springs offers golf, fine dining, museums, sight seeing and casino gaming. Both Los Angeles and San Diego are each just a 2 hour drive away. Las Vegas is a 4 hour drive. Off season rates start at $850, peak season rates can be up to $1150.
Condos are located in the Palm Springs Villas 1 & 2 condo complexes in north Palm Springs, amenities include nicely landscape common areas, multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, putting greens and tennis courts.
Condo are each tastefully decorated and come with everything you would need (unlimited telephone calling, HDTV, HDTV service, DVD player, wireless internet and wii entertainment system) for your extended stay.
