This recently redone condo is a 10+. This home is nicely decorated in pleasant neutral tones. Vaulted ceiling in living room enhances open, spacious feeling. There is access to the north patio from the living room, kitchen & north master bedroom suite. Gas fireplace is focal point in living room. The more formal dining area has coffered ceiling with lovely chandelier and is at east end of living room. The kitchen, which has been redone, has granite counters; GE Profile appliances and a Whirlpool refrigerator and new lighting. The casual eating area is in the kitchen which has lots of windows to view the expansive greenbelt and the community pool/spa. There are (2) master suites (king beds) with their own TVs and the 3rd bedroom (twin beds) which can serve as an office. High speed wireless access is included in rent. Dogs may be considered...submit for consideration. Pet deposit is ($250.00) per pet IF APPROVED.
Rates are adjustable with length of stay. Multi-month rentals will be given a discount.
