Enjoy President's Week 2010 at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas, Phase Two, February 14-21, 2010 in a two-bedroom, two bath villa. One king bed in master bedroom, one king bed in second bedroom, queen pull-out sleeper sofa in Living Room, full kitchen, washer/dryer and balcony/terrace. Approximately 1200 square feet of living space. $1700.00 is way below Marriott's rates, and Marriott charges 9% nightly tax. At present the same villa/same dates would be rented by Marriott for $3,482.55
