The unit has its OWN EXCLUSIVE OUTSIDE ENTRANCE---just a few steps from the guets-omly gate from the on-site parking--, a single DAY BED, that can be made into a double semi-KING size, nicely furnished with dresser, table w/chairs, rocker, night stand and desinger lamps. A private bathroom, a closet, mini-refrig, coffee brewer, flatscreenTV-cable-, and outside patio furniture are included.
It is located in the RUTH HARDY PARK / OLD MOVIE COLONY neighborhood, only 5,279 feet to DOWNTOWN---the SPA Casino, shops, restrs., entertainment and every Thursday evening, the VILLAGE FEST street fair.
