SILVER LEVEL: We visit your home 3 times a month

GOLD LEVEL: We visit your home once every week


OUR SERVICES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TOO:

Overall grounds and building inspection

Checking all exterior doors and windows and screens for damage

Yard and Landscaping maintenance

Pool and Spa's general appearance

Check mailbox, forward mail upon request

Flush toilets and Run all faucets & showers

Run sink disposal and check pipes for leaks

Check refrigerator/freezer are good working order

Change light timings for a "lived in" look

Visual check of all ceilings for leaks

Check Air Conditioner and Heater for proper settings

Visual check for dead insects and remove

Check interior/exterior lighting for bulb outages

Check electrical panel for any tripped breakers

Check/Test all smoke detectors

Check for any unusual odors

Check telephones for dial tone

Remove all unwanted flyers/newspapers

Check for pests/insects/rodents

Start Cars and/or Golf Carts, motorcycles

Desert Maids can perform interium cleans per your request (additional charge)


Your home will be securely locked upon completion of our inspection and you will receive notification of all inspection results

You will be notified immediately of any repairs that may need to be made and will arrange the appropriate contractor and forward

estimates upon your approval
