The J.W. has many shops for essentials and also unique boutique clothing and other items. Across the street from a Ralph’s grocery store and a Rite Aid Drug Store and Pharmacy.

Right out the windows of the villas there are miles and miles of well-kept green golf courses. The atmosphere at the Villas is beautiful, with tons of flowers everywhere, ponds, and waterfalls. There are many "Kodak Moments" including the changing mountain images, exotic imported pink flamingos and birds.
