Our wonderful desert home is waiting to welcome you into the arms of rest and relaxation. The home is a single family residential property in a quiet neighborhood. It is in the wind-free south end of Palm Desert. From the home, you can walk to El Paseo (the Rodeo Dr. of the desert,) the Gardens and the Westfield Malls. Unique restaurants, markets, theaters and churches are also within walking distance. Trail heads for hiking the Santa Rosa Mountains and lighted community tennis courts are within 1-2 blocks of the home. Golf courses, The Living Desert, College of the Desert (great area swap meet,) The Rivers Shopping Center and area casinos are all within a short distance of the home. Everything is right at your fingertips.

The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; it is attractively decorated and immaculately maintained. The large kitchen is a chef's delight and is fully equipped. The living room has a gel fireplace for that touch of atmosphere on those cool winter desert evenings. The 2 bedrooms are extremely comfortable for curling up to read a good book or to get a good nights sleep. There is a king-sized bed, a queen and a convertible queen sized bed in the living room. Adjoining the master bedroom is a small, separate patio for catching the views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The home is fully turn-key equipped with all linens, cooking supplies and the day to day necessities. Cable TV, free LD throughout US and Canada and WiFi are provided for our guests.

There is a terraced backyard with a BBQ for outdoor dining, a covered patio with a misting system, and a full pool and spa with a waterfall. The home is handicap accessible (with some limitation) and has full laundry facilities on site. The home is immaculately maintained and is a PET and SMOKE-FREE property. Off street parking is provided in the attached carport. Pool and yard maintenance are provided.

Sept.-Nov., Apr-June range $550.-$650. weekly-1 week min. ($2200. monthly)
Dec-Mar. $725. weekly-2 week min ($2600. monthly, $2300. for 2 or more months)
Rates quoted are for max. 4 people. $10. per night per person for addl. guests
Security Deposit: $750. (paid 30 days prior to arrival date and refunded within 14 days of departure with no damage)
Cleaning Fee: $150. ($50 refunded as per contract)
