Our 2 distinctive, individual and uniquely designed 1 bedroom, 1 bath condos (600sq ft, 55 sq meters), located in palm springs are available for seasonal rental, minimum one full month rental. Condos are tastefully furnished with amenities for your stay away from home.
Condos are located in the Palm Springs Villas 1 & 2 condo complexes in north end of Palm Springs, amenities include nicely landscape common areas, multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, putting greens and tennis courts. Low season (Oct./Nov..), Los Felices rents for $1025 per month and high season, (Dec. - Apr) the same condo rents for $1350. Low season (Oct./Nov.), Villa Court rents for $850 per month and high season (Dec. - Apr) the same condo rents for $1075.
Condo are each tastefully decorated and come with everything you would need (unlimited telephone, HDTV, HDTV service, DVD player, wireless internet and wii entertainment system) for your extended stay.
