Sliding doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, and pool.. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking supplies. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, one has two twins, (with shared full bath) and the master bedroom has a queen bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included.
Location: Rio Vista (just over the Palm Springs border in Cathedral City near the incredible Desert Princess Resort-a short walk)
Rates (plus $100 cleaning fee):
$295/weekend (2 or 3 nights-same price), extra nights are $100; $595/week
Thanksgiving week still available $200/night or $695/week
Christmas week still available-$895; New Year's Week is already rented.
Very flexible with check-in and check-out times.
Pets will be considered based on size for an additional fee.
