French doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, pool, and spa. The kitchen is chock full of all appliances and cooking supplies, ready for plenty of cooking for dinners under the stars. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds (with shared full bath) while the master bedroom has a king bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included. Home also includes some fitness equipment which can be used for a backyard workout.

It's significantly larger than most of the other three-bedroom mid-century homes in the neighborhood (most of those are "Butterfly"Alexanders and are just over 1,200 square feet). This home has a wide open living area and spread-out bedrooms, perfect for a few couples.

HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS: $325/nt
Thanksgiving weekend is currently available - $325/nt. with 4-night minimum.

Fully refundable security deposit is required.
Cleaning fee is $85.
Very flexible with check-in and check-out times.
Pets will be considered based on size for an additional fee.
