Beautiful 7 bedroom 6 bath house all newly renovated.RENTING NOW FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER. we rent the whole house out for family vacations or weddings or any function. We have updated in the last year so everything is new. Look at our site www.stanbrookmanor.com We get $450 a night to rent the whole house we have badminton volley ball huge deck with bbq. Two liv rooms huge kitchen and a floridWe rent out the house for weddings birthdays aniversarys or any family vacation. This is a beautiful Victorian style house, six bedrooms, five with full baths, one shared. Beautiful views of Hunter Mountain and the Schoharie Creek. House was completely updated 2006. Huge kitchen with washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher, and fridge. Two nice size TV rooms with TV and stereo. Large deck off the back with barbeque grill. Florida room in front half mile to Hunter Mountain resort six miles to Windham. Walk to village. We have a huge picnic area.



Hunter Mountain is the top destination of all skiers and great for summer winter spring and fall. So much to do up here. In the spring come fly fishing and hiking; summer brings white water rafting, horse back riding, golf and all summer activities. Fall is great for hiking and hunting and winter is for skiing and snow boarding. We are a few miles to north and south lake, which is great for camping half mile to Hunter Mountain and six miles to ski Windham. There is shopping and antiquing.



We have a great deck off the back of the house, also a half acre lot perfect for parties or volleyball or any outdoor activities. We are walking to village and shops. All linens are provided. We have a big off street parking lot. All rooms have their own TVs. Kitchen is new and fully loaded. With washer and dryer. Great for family get-aways.



We are close to hiking, biking, swimming, rafting, golf, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, tennis, etc. We are in the beautiful Catskill Mountains with beautiful water views of the Schoarie Creek and Hunter Mountain itself. We are all updated as of 2006 with a full renovation of the entire house.
