I just had interest in my home and she wondered if Craig's List was legite, so I will explain my beautilful home and see if it matters to anyone that wants a home in Rancho Mirage that is lovely, cared for and ready to move in for the season. I just found out that a neighbor, 5 doors down (a realtor advertised a home that isn't even their's) for less than mine and because mine was at a higher price, the people responding thought it was more negotialable, when my home is the "BEST" in the nieghborhood. How sad it is these days that people think that everyone is hard up and needs to just give away what is best for the value of a property and or, a home. Our home is a "home", not a property that a realtor is trying to make a commission on. We will take it off the market before we give in to that type of competititon.
